MEET MATTIE
( the strategist)
Mattie has led identity overhauls, repositionings, and from-scratch builds across hospitality, retail, and performance, always with equal parts edge and intention.
Before Mate, Madeline led brand development and marketing for Rally, a modern pickleball social club reimagining the country club experience. She earned her turns at legacy brands, leading brand marketing at REEF, shaping global strategy for The Sims at EA, and spending seven years at lululemon building community and PR.
When she’s not geeking out over brand architecture or strategy, you’ll find her building her performance sock company, courier, running or riding the trails in Bend, OR, usually with her husband Matt, her son Jetta (“Bug”), and their dog Tui in tow.

MEET Carrie
( the creative )
Carrie is a fine artist with a background in paint mediums, digital illustration and contemporary dance that just so happened to end up in the world of visual identities.
Her work is rooted in fine art and innovative thought.
When not collecting ideas for future brands, she’s likely creating something with her hands, shooting on film or walking through the forest listening to neoclassical melodies.
